English
Chordasy is a music chart and setlist app. The app stores imported PDFs, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files, parsed song information, setlists, annotations, and settings on your device.
If you connect Dropbox, Chordasy accesses the Dropbox folder you choose so it can read chart files and sync them into the app. If you connect Google Drive, Chordasy requests read-only access to your Google Drive so it can browse folders and read supported chart files. Chordasy only uses this access for the folder you select and does not modify, delete, or upload files to Google Drive.
Chordasy may store limited connected-account information, such as the Google Drive account display name, email address, or account identifier, so it can show which account is connected and reset the selected folder if you connect a different account.
Chordasy does not sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or marketing. Google Drive file data is used only inside Chordasy to provide the cloud library features requested by the user. The app may share chart files or metadata only when you intentionally use Band Mode to send them to another Chordasy device on your local network.
Chordasy protects sensitive data by limiting access to the minimum data needed, using read-only Google Drive access, communicating with Google Drive and Dropbox over HTTPS, and storing app data, connected-account details, OAuth tokens, cached chart files, annotations, and settings locally within the app's device storage. You can remove a cloud connection in Settings to stop Chordasy from accessing that cloud account.
Band Mode communicates with other Chordasy devices on the same local network. When you send a chart or message, the app may transmit chart metadata, text, and, when needed, the PDF or image file to the receiving device.
On Android, Chordasy may store Band Mode trial status and Google Play purchase status on your device so Full Version features can be unlocked or restored. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, not by Chordasy.
Chordasy does not operate a separate cloud server for your song library and does not sell personal data. Network, storage, and media permissions are used only to provide the app features described here. For support or data removal requests, please use the contact details on the Chordasy website.
